Re-Opening of Motor Tax Office Public Counters

In accordance with Government’s plans regarding the phased re-opening of public counters, the Motor Tax Office public counter in Castlebar, Ballina & Belmullet will re-open with effect from Tuesday 1st December for normal working hours. The Motor Tax Offices in Castlebar, Ballina & Belmullet will deal with essential business which can only be transacted in the Motor Tax Office, where supporting documents are required to be submitted with a motor licence application

Queries relating to Motor tax can be submitted by post to Mayo Motor Tax, Glenpark, The Mall, Castlebar, County Mayo F23 FF22 or by email to motortax@mayococo.ie or telephone to 094 9064310

Customers who come to the office must comply fully with all social distancing requirements and signage will be in place to assist in this regard and they must comply with any directions given to them by the staff.  We request people only to visit the office for essential business and to take care to protect themselves and our staff. Members of the public attending our office are advised to wear a face mask.
