CASTLEBAR KIDS IN MOTION GYMNASTICS CLUB

Recreational Gymnastics club for girls & boys aged between 3 - 14yrs Club runs all year around with fun gymnastics camps at easter and during summer holidays! Also travel to schools during the day to deliver the gymnastics strand of the PE Programme.

Activities include, fun warm up games, stretching, floor skills, vault, trampoline, bars, beams, strength, balance and conditioning exercises, social interaction with other children & general fitness learned in a fun stress free environment!

Our aim is to provide a stress free environment for children to enjoy exercise and gymnastics without the burden of competition. We want every child to leave our venue with a boost of confidence feeling good about themselves and what they have achieved in class. Social interaction is extremely important for children and we do a lot of partner and team work so they can make friends for life.
