Register of Electors

I’m not on the register. Can I get added?

There are two ways you can be added to the Register; by applying to be added to a Supplement to the Register or by applying during our annual Draft Register process.

At any time, you can apply be included on a Supplement to the register by submitting Form RFA 2. This allows eligible voters not included in the current Register to vote at elections and referenda (if eligible) taking place before the next Register of Electors comes into force.

RFA 2 - Application for inclusion in Supplement to the Register of Electors  - English

RFA 2 - Iarratas chun ainm a chur san áireamh san Fhorlíonadh a ghabhann le clár na dToghthóirí - Gaeilge

While you can apply to be included in the Supplement at any time, only applications received before the 14th day before an election or referendum polling day (excluding Sundays, Public Holidays and Good Friday) will be considered for entry onto the Supplement for that poll. Late applications will not be processed until after polling day.
